Here, the winemaker Vincenzo Bambina and his wife Finella, a beekeeper and pioneer of agricultural education, invite you to discover the rhythms, scents and authentic flavors of the Sicilian countryside.
Where we are located
The farmhouse is located in Alcamo, between the provinces of Trapani and Palermo, in the charming area of Bosco Falconeria.This fertile and fascinating land, dear to Frederick II of Swabia, is home to the family’s vineyards and olive groves, which stretch across nineteen hectares of gently rolling hills sloping down towards the sea — once known as the "garden" for its beauty and prosperity.
About the name Augustali
History, territoriality, culture: these are the elements that inspired the name and logo of Augustali, 12 years ago.
The idea came naturally, from a deep respect for our land, of which Frederick II was king.
A grandiose and avant-garde emperor, called “Stupor Mundi”: in 1231, in the mints of Messina and Brindisi, he minted a gold coin for trade, the Augustale, so called because on one side it bore the face of Augustus.
On the other, however, there was the heraldic coat of arms of the family of Frederick II, an eagle with spread wings.
This is how our company's logo came to life.
To the pictogram, created in mosaic – a great emblem of Sicily – we added a small star as a good omen.

Vincenzo
Vincenzo Bambina, oenologist, passionate and visionary, brings over thirty years of experience in the world of wine. Curious and enthusiastic experimenter, he has developed and tested winemaking techniques that combine tradition and innovation.
Finella
Finella Ammoscato, deeply tied to the land, has always lived among the educational farms of the area, where she carries out educational workshops for children and families.
She is a passionate beekeeper and founder of the farm’s educational branch, committed to spreading the values of sustainable and conscious agriculture.
