COLOR : Straw yellow with greenish reflections
AROMA Fruity with citrus notes of grapefruit and orange blossom flowers. Very pleasant wine for its fragrance and persistence.
TASTE Intense, balanced and savory; The olfactory sensations reveal a great freshness for acidity and mineral content
PAIRINGS It goes well with fish and shellfish appetizers, first courses with fish and vegetable seasonings, second courses with fish and shellfish.
