Among the fertile hills of Frederick II of Swabia, Finella and Vincenzo cultivate emotions and await you to share the rhythms, scents, and flavors of the Sicilian countryside.
The visit begins with a pleasant walk through the rows of the “Federico II” vineyard: here, the fertility of the red sandy soil, the excellent vineyard exposure, and the gently rolling altitude already hint at the quality of the wines we will taste. Before entering the winery, we pause in the small courtyard to explore ancient farming tools. We then move to the winemaking area, pass through the bottling section, and reach the red wine aging room, surrounded by barrels and barriques.
We’ll complete the experience with a tasting of 3 wines that embody the warmth of the Mediterranean. A delicious brunch will be served, featuring 5 Sicilian specialties.
We are happy to welcome you to our Organic Farm and invite you to enjoy all our green spaces: the wide lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic plants, the path lined with centuries-old olive trees, the organic citrus grove, and the animal area.

It was our first wine tasting and the experience exceeded our expectations! It was our last day in Sicily and wanted to do one before we leave, they accommodated last minute. It is such a charming property, the guide and owners are extremely kind hearted, generous and passionate about what they do for wine, olives and for children education as well. Their wine and olive oil are absolutely delicious on top of the experience! Everything high quality and organic. It was a memorable experience for my fiancé and I. Highly recommend!

Una fattoria didattica? Si, bellissima, con animali trattati con amore e dolcezza, piante da frutto, arnie per il miele, vigne, una cantina che sta sorgendo, olivi secolari.
Una grande attenzione alla formazione dei bambini e al recupero di vecchi oggetti agricoli con i loro nomi e la loro tradizione di uso. Un plauso a Vincenzo Bambina, enologo di fama internazionale, e la sua bellissima e dolcissima moglie Finella, che crescono una famiglia numerosa dedicandosi anche a questa attività curandola con passione e migliorandola quotidianamente. Consigliatissimi i loro prodotti artigianali, dal miele all’olio alle gelatine di frutta al sapone, buoni e sani!

We had an amazing time at the Augustali Farm. It is a beautiful place and the wine tastes excellent. We were welcomed very warm and friendly and all our questions were answered. After the tour we had the opportunity to walk around the farm and befriend the animals before we sat down and had an great lunch with the wine and other specialities.

It completely exceeded our expectations. La Bio Fattoria Augustali is a lovely place with great views and nice attractions. Kids had a lot of fun watching animals: donkeys, horses, goats etc. We on the other hand had a nice tour in the vinery with tasting vine. At the end we could try local specialities and antipasti and of course lovely wine. I recommend this tour for everybody
