In the magical atmosphere of autumn, among centuries-old olive trees and peaceful landscapes, we invite you to discover a tradition deeply rooted in our land: the hand harvesting of olives.
After a short introduction about olive trees and the benefits of extra virgin olive oil, you’ll take part in spreading nets beneath the trees and picking the olives.
Touching the bark, learning the age of the trees, removing the leaves from the olives, and smelling the pomace and fresh olive paste from our small mill are the most engaging moments of this sensory journey — which culminates in tasting the very first product: extra virgin olive oil.
The experience continues with a guided tour of the winery and a delicious brunch featuring five Sicilian specialties, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, citrus marmalades, and organic honey — all paired with a tasting of two wines that reflect the full warmth of the Mediterranean.

We had a great time at the Olive Harvest experience as a family of four (kids 14 and 11). Beatriz was an excellent host, guiding us through the differnt types of olives, grapes and other produce on the farm, and the methods of production. There was plenty of wine to taste for the adults as we went around and the kids enjoyed the juice. To finish, we had some lovely food, got to taste this season’s olive oil and some fantastic sicilian dishes. We couldn’t resist buying some of the wine and other products to take home. Would thoroughly recommend visiting! — Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo durante l’esperienza della raccolta delle olive come famiglia di quattro persone (bambini di 14 e 11 anni). Beatriz è stata un’ospite eccellente, guidandoci attraverso i diversi tipi di olive, uva e altri prodotti della fattoria e i metodi di produzione. C’era un sacco di vino da assaggiare per gli adulti mentre andavamo in giro e i bambini si sono divertiti con il succo. Per finire, abbiamo mangiato del cibo delizioso, assaggiato l’olio d’oliva di questa stagione e alcuni fantastici piatti siciliani. Non abbiamo potuto resistere all’acquisto di parte del vino e di altri prodotti da portare a casa. Consiglio vivamente di visitare!
