Siamo stati ieri con i miei tre figli e parenti. Organizzazione ottima, accoglienza impeccabile, attività per i bimbi e genitori molto carine (spiegazione delle farine e impasto del pane attività simpatica e riuscitissima, visita guidata agli animali presenti, degustazione vino della loro cantina e aperitivo di benvenuto).
Cibo del pranzo vario e di qualità, un po’ lunga l’attesa tra una portata e l’altra ma normale dato la quantità di gente presente e le necessità di servizio, quindi attesa assolutamente comprensibile. Personale gentile e attento alle richieste varie soddisfatte prontamente.
Tra una portata e l’altra i bambini hanno giocato nel parco giochi e si sono divertiti molto.

Insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una bellissima giornata con annessa esperienza con il grano e visita alla fattoria, illustrate egregiamente dalla guida Deborah.
Infine abbiamo pranzato al ristorante con un menu rustico molto buono.

Bio Fattoria Augustali è un posto magico dove regna sovrana la natura. Siamo andati sabato scorso in occasione del laboratorio dedicato ai più piccoli “Mani in pasta” e abbiamo avuto l’occasione di vivere un’esperienza meravigliosa tra natura, animali e apprendimento. Per i bimbi, è il posto perfetto per coniugare apprendimento e divertimento. Ci sono tantissimi meravigliosi animali, un parcheggio e un’area giochi. Al termine dell’attività per i bimbi ( meglio prenotare) siamo andati a fare una piccola degustazione dei vini che produce la fattoria con assaggini, molto apprezzato! Inoltre, il pranzo è stato delizioso, ricercato e di qualità. Per ultimo vogliamo ringraziare lo staff e la proprietaria, tutti super gentili, un plauso in particolare alla signora Enza molto simpatica e disponibile! Abbiamo trascorso una giornata all’insegna del relax e del buon cibo.
La mia bimba ha partecipato al laboratorio sul grano, facendo le tagliatelle insieme agli altri piccoli ospiti. Debora è stata dolcissima e attentissima con tutti loro.
Siamo passati poi a visitare la fattoria didattica, per terminare con un pranzo luculliano, tutto una vera delizia dall’ antipasto al dolce.
Durante l’aperitivo in cantina abbiamo assaggiato delle marmellate buonissime fatte proprio da loro ed il vino era anch’esso eccellente. Non abbiamo resistito e li abbiamo comprati. Siamo certi che torneremo quanto prima. Lo consiglio vivamente.
