We welcome you to the gentle hills so dear to Frederick II of Swabia. Your visit begins with a pleasant nature walk through our family’s organic vineyards and olive groves—an opportunity to learn about the care of our winemakers and discover the unique microclimate of these lands. This immersive experience is just the beginning of the emotions we’ll share with a glass of wine in hand. A short stroll from the vineyard leads us to the winery courtyard, where we’ll pause in the winemaking area to explore the secrets of our production process. From there, we’ll pass through the bottling area and reach the aging room where our red wines rest.
In the garden veranda or tasting room, we’ll serve a board featuring three Sicilian specialties, homemade bread with extra virgin olive oil, and delicious citrus marmalades. Everything is paired with a tasting of two wines that reflect the warmth of the Mediterranean: a versatile, fresh, and savory white wine typical of the hills, and a bold red with a fruity bouquet.
We are delighted to welcome you to our Organic Farm and invite you to enjoy all of our green spaces: the wide lawn, the small Mediterranean garden dedicated to aromatic herbs, the path lined with centuries-old olive trees, the organic citrus grove, and the animal area.

Abbiamo prenotato ieri per oggi e abbiamo passato un buon tempo. Beatriz è stata una guida buona e divertente, lei ci ha fatto vedere i vigneti e la cantina e abbiamo assaggiato tre vini (benissimi!). Il tour era in Inglese. Il cibo è stato delizioso e speriamo di ritornare un’altra volta!
