We will welcome you along the paths leading to our organic vineyards, olive groves, and citrus orchards for an engaging nature walk. The first stop will be in the aromatic herb garden to discover the main Mediterranean herbs. We’ll also visit the small wheat field (in production from April to June) to talk about ears of grain, flours, and cereals. As we walk through the citrus grove and the olive grove, we’ll share curiosities about our citrus marmalades and extra virgin olive oil. We’ll finish with a stroll through the “Federico II” vineyard to uncover the secrets of our winemakers.
Then, the winery awaits us to explore the winemaking process of our wines and to enjoy a unique and immersive experience.
We’ll move into the farmhouse kitchen for a hands-on pizza-making experience. Among the secrets of dough rising and the sound of traditional Sicilian music, you’ll be guided through the preparation and baking of your own pizza. On the veranda overlooking the wide lawn, we’ll enjoy freshly baked pizza along with a tasting of two wines: a versatile, fresh, and savory white wine typical of the hilly terrain, and a bold red with a fruity bouquet. Tasting pizza straight from the oven and discovering the products and wines of our organic farm will make this countryside experience truly memorable.

Wir waren als Familie zum Pizza Backkurs dort und hatten mit Beatrize sehr großen Spaß :)! Grazie mille Beatrize. Sie führte uns erklärend und kurzweilig über das Gelände, danach gab es eine kleine Weinverkostung. Alternativ gab es Coca cola und Sprite. Für unseren kleinen Enkel 2,5 Jahre hatte sie eine sehr einfühlsame und offene Art, trotz der Sprachbarriere. Die Führung war in englischer Sprache in Teilen mit italienisch untermauert. Am Ende konnten wir Wein einkaufen, das Olivenöl war leider restlos ausverkauft.
Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis, wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen. Es gibt einen kleinen Zoo auf dem Gelände, der vor dem Backkurs besucht werden kann.
