The general terms and conditions of sale in question concern the purchase of products remotely via telematic network on the https://augustali.it/shop/ site owned by AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 185/99, Legislative Decree no. 206/05; the information directed to the conclusion of the contract will be submitted to theart. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Legislative decree. 196/03.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

Before placing a purchase order, the customer has the right and duty to read these general terms and conditions of sale carefully. The submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer is advised to print and keep these general terms and conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.

ORDER DEFINITION

The purchase proposal of the product(s) in the shopping cart will be sent by sending the online order. PRODUCT DELIVERY

GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site.

PROCEDURES FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned term, a written communication to the address of AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

If the goods have been delivered, the customer is required to return them to AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the goods, complete with all accessories originally delivered to the customer, as well as packaged in their original packaging. A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs of returning the goods to AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato are borne by the customer.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato is required to refund the sums paid by the customer.

In particular, the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped including shipping costs will be transmitted free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it became aware of the customer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal. This operation will be carried out through the credit institution issuing the credit card used for payment or by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer.

AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato has the right to reject any product returned in a manner other than those specified above, as well as products for which the return costs have not been paid in full by the customer, or the methods and times indicated for the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods, AUGUSTALI di F. Ammoscato reserves the right to declare this contract terminated pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Civil Code by sending a written communication to the customer’s e-mail address.
